At 7am, we took breakfast in hotel then proceeded for Ghorepani. We took few minutes rest in Nagthanti. Than we hike for Ghorepani without taking rest. We arrived Ghorepani at 2pm, but we went a little bit high at Dewrali. In my views Ghorepani Dewrali (2874 mtr) is better than lower Ghorepani to climb Poonhill next morning. We stayed there for a night.
Day 4 :
Ghorepani-Poonhill-Tadapani-Gandruk
On morning of day 4, we woke early morning at 4 am and left our hotel at 4:30am for Poonhill. It takes 45 min steep uphill walking to reach Poonhill (3210 mtr) and flashlight and warm clothes are most essential gear of this part of trek. You can stay there as long as your wish. We stayed there till 7 am. We were lucky because the weather was clear. We saw the majestic views of Dhawlagiri range and Annapurna range. We arrived at hotel, took breakfast and checked out, then went uphill for an hour and rest was downhill till Tadapani and Ghandruk. Where Tadapani was our stop for lunch then went to Ghandruk which takes 3 hour from Tadapani. We stayed for a night in Ghandruk (2000-1000 mtr). It was our longest time walking in the trek.
Day 5 :
Ghandruk-Pokhara
We woke up morning, had a breakfast and left hotel for bus stand which was an hour of downhill walking in unmanaged trail. The bus was waiting for passengers, we got a good seat. It takes 3 hours to reach Pokhara, arrived Baglung bus stand and took city bus to lakeside where we plan to stay tonight. Our journey was over.
